1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery for:
✅ Unopened/unused products in original packaging
✅ Defective or damaged items (must report within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof)

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Disposable vapes (hygiene reasons)
❌ E-liquids (unless sealed & unopened)
❌ Used coils/pods


2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Photos/video of the issue
    • Reason for return

3. Return Process

  • Approved Returns: We’ll email you a return authorization and address (Dubai customers may qualify for pickup).
  • Shipping Costs: Customer covers return shipping unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refund Options

Once received and inspected, we’ll process within 3-5 business days via:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit (+10% bonus for future purchases)
  • Replacement item (subject to availability)

Note: Refunds may take 7-10 days to reflect in your account.


5. Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties apply to devices (e.g., GeekVape, Vaporesso). Contact us with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Warranty card (if included)
  • Description of the defect

6. Age Verification Requirement

All returns require a valid ID proving you’re 21+ (UAE law).
